As a small team, we are incredibly proud of our achievements over the past 16 years and are excited for what the future holds as we introduce additional positions to fulfil our big ambitions.
Everyone has a unique role within the team, yet we understand that the best results come from sharing ideas, working together and having a flexible approach to hours and responsibilities.
Operating from our Head Office in Hertfordshire, we have dedicated staff working directly with the young people we support on a daily basis, whilst the rest of the team focuses on raising the vital funds and awareness needed to make our work happen.
Your determination to positively impact the lives of others will be seen in your proactive, energetic and compassionate work ethic.
We reward staff for their hard work and want to enhance their skills, learning and development. As a member of our team, you can expect 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), a competitive company contribution pension scheme with employers contribution, private healthcare and wellness cover, professional training where necessary and a flexible working environment.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles. To apply, please send your CV and covering letter to careers@teensunite.org.
I needed help and that's where Teens Unite came in. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and the reason I met Teens Unite was to save my life.
With Teens Unite, I finally realised that I could climb out of this massive hole that I had been digging because I wasn't alone anymore.
If it wasn't for Teens Unite, I wouldn't be where I am now. They have been really supportive and given me the strength to push myself and not give up.
Volunteering with Teens Unite has changed my personality and outlook on life. When I hear all the amazing things the teens say about Teens Unite, I can tell they mean every word.
Teens Unite isn't just a charity to me, it was the beginning of restarting my life.
When Elliot started receiving the support of Teens Unite, I could see a change in him straightaway. His outlook on life was becoming positive again and I gained strength from seeing my little boy accepting what had happened and starting to move forward.
